May 2007 Goals

  • No non-veg, alcohol and smoking - this year topmost resolution! I want to carry this promise to self for this whole year. Way to go...
  • 1 wise-saying / motivational saying / cool / pithy saying everyday on an average.
  • Yoga, meditation - at least 3 times a week
  • 1 Really Long Walk - BHAG!
  • Sleep at least once under sky !
  • Do some Physical / construction work...

Personnel mission Statement

To wake up early in the morning, to spare 1 hour or more for improving self, for reflection, for yoga, for meditation, for persuing self-interests, for reading some great literature, for gaining knowledge and so starting the day with peaceful and fulfiling activities.

Goals

Jan 2007 Goals

  1. Spend time at home. Play with Kashish and Kashika as much as possible. Love and give time to Manju as much as I can. ( Score : 8 / 10 )
  2. Wake up early in the morning at least 4 times a week. Do Yoga at least 3 times a week, followed by meditation. Read everyday some book - whether an interesting story book or an inspirational book. ( Score : 6 / 10 )
  3. NO Non-Veg, Alcohol and Cigarette. I want the resolve to carry on to every month for next 12 months. I am wholeheartedly committed towards this goal. ( Score : 10 / 10 )
  4. In office, work on the TODO List / action items which improve the products I have been assigned to. Help others to participate in the work assigned and have open discussions without taking things personnally. ( Score : 10 / 10 )
  5. Learn and practice Magic at home. Goal - To Master 5 tricks this month. ( Score : 0 / 10 )
